Why Kaya Legacy
What Makes the Difference Here
Paced for Your Life Stage
Materials are written for adults who have full lives and do not need urgency added to their study. Each week is a short, contained session.
Neutral and Descriptive
None of the courses promote specific funds or products. The aim is understanding, not persuasion.
Singapore Context Throughout
All examples, regulations, and references are drawn from Singapore — MAS frameworks, CPFIS processes, and the local fund landscape.
Practical Study Materials
Each course includes worksheets, checklists, and annotated samples that relate directly to documents you may already have at home.
Respects Your Experience
The writing assumes you have been an adult for some time. It does not talk down to you or treat financial terminology as something to fear.
No Sales Pressure, Ever
Kaya Legacy is an education provider. Decisions about what to hold or purchase belong with you and a licensed adviser — not with us.
Take the Next Step
Understanding What You Hold Is Worth the Effort
Whether you are reviewing a fund statement or sitting with a bank adviser, having a clear picture of how these instruments work changes the quality of every conversation.

Common Questions
Questions About the Courses
Who are these courses designed for?
The courses are shaped for adults in their forties and beyond who have accumulated some savings or CPF funds and want to understand the financial instruments being offered or held — without anyone trying to sell them anything in the process.
Do I need a financial background to start?
No prior knowledge is assumed. Course One begins with what a unit trust actually is, how it is structured, and how fees appear — explanations that are often omitted in practice. Courses Two and Three build from there.
How much time does each course take per week?
Each week's material is written to be read in one unhurried sitting — roughly 45 to 60 minutes. Worksheets and reflection prompts add some time, but these are optional and can be done across several evenings.
Will the courses tell me which funds to buy?
No. Kaya Legacy is an education provider, not an advisory service. The courses explain structures, terminology, and processes. Personal decisions about what to hold or purchase should involve a MAS-licensed financial adviser.
Can I take the courses at my own pace?
Yes. The weekly structure is a suggestion, not a deadline. Access to materials remains available for the course duration and beyond, so you can revisit a reading table as many times as you find useful.
Does Course Three cover CPF investment schemes?
Yes. Course Three includes a descriptive overview of the CPF Investment Scheme, the current CPFIS-included fund list, and the administrative processes CPF members commonly encounter. It does not provide personal CPF advice.
Is there a certificate at the end?
Kaya Legacy issues a completion record for each course. These are records of study, not professional qualifications or industry certifications, and are intended for personal reference.
